Designs
We have many different designs for you to choose from, but if you have something else in mind we can build to your requirements. Quoting Tips When receiving quotes from more than one company it can sometimes be confusing. The main tip to remember is to compare apples with apples. If there are differences in cost, ask them.

• What type of timber are you using?
• What brand of roofing are you using?
The types of materials used can show a difference in quotes up to a thousand dollars.
At T & L Woodworking we advise you to use only the top quality products. For building the structure we always recommend that you use treated pine, due to strength and longer lasting qualities. If you have been quoted Oregon or Pine timber they are cheaper products and will save you money at the start however, these timbers are not recommended as they will crack down the track looking unsightly and decrease the strength in the structure. So if you are looking for the cheapest quote make sure you understand what you are paying for!
